A professor at my college once famously opened his lecture by saying “Opinions are like ass***** and everybody has one." This is certainly not his original but it made an impact because this was coming from a guy who made his living - bread, butter and jam by airing his opinions. He was an art critic! I am aware that I will not be paid for this opinion venting. I will be content just knowing I will have less clutter in my head.

Elections and television - part 2
I will let some one else say it cos he said it better!
Only "his" post should have come with a caveat that the government machinery won't work after 7 pm. last update in EC site was at 6.43pm (mind you 43). Late in the day, it showed results of 297 seats, on refreshing the site revised it to 180 seats!!!!!!
Oh! They must've been busy celebrating. Watching all the talking heads on TV was far more entertaining so I didn't check the website. But so much for the prediction that next elections Internet will take over all kinds of media!
